The Redwood

What to send us for your show

Once your show is booked we'll email you a private link to a page where you can upload everything below. It's one link per show, it saves as you go, and you can come back to it as often as you like.

The sooner we have your poster, the longer we can push the show online — and the printed poster needs to be up in the theatre well before the night. Send what you have early; you can add the rest later.

Posters

A square poster

This is the one people see first — listings, social posts, and wherever else the show gets announced. Square, because most of what shows it crops to a square.

JPG or PNG · square · at least 1200 × 1200 pixels

A letter-size poster

We print this and put it up in the theatre, so it needs to hold up on paper rather than on a screen. Include the date, the doors or start time, and who's playing.

PDF or image · 8.5 × 11 inches, portrait · at least 1275 × 1650 pixels

No poster? We'll make one

Tick the box on your upload page and send us the pieces instead: images we can build it from — photos, artwork, a logo — and the exact wording. Names spelled the way you want them, who else is on the bill, the date and time, ticket price, and anything else that has to appear.

Images: JPG, PNG or WebP · the wording goes in a box on the page

Photos

A photo or two of you or the ensemble, for listings and anything we send to press. No size rules — bigger is better.

JPG, PNG or WebP · any size

Tech

A stage plot

A rough drawing of where everyone sits or stands and what they need: chairs, stands, the piano, drums, amps, monitors, anything you're bringing. A phone photo of a hand-drawn one is completely fine.

PDF or image

An input list

What needs a channel, in order — kick, snare, bass DI, guitar, vocals, and so on. For an acoustic or classical set, tell us which instruments need mics and whether you want any reinforcement at all. Say if you're bringing your own mics or DIs. You can type this straight into the page instead of uploading a file.

About the show

Set or programme

What you're playing, in order, and roughly how long. Repertoire and composers if that fits your show. If there's an opener or another act on the bill, tell us who.

A short bio

A few lines we can use in listings — you, or the ensemble. Plain and specific beats long.

Where to find you

Instagram, Facebook, Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube, your website — handles or full links, whichever is easier. We tag you when we post.

Anything else

There's a box for whatever doesn't fit the list: a merch table, a guest, an accessibility need, something unusual about the set. Tell us there and we'll sort it out.

Where you upload it

Everything above goes on a page of your own — one link per show, so what you send is already attached to the right date. We email it to you once your show is confirmed.

Can't find the email, or your link has stopped working? Ask us and we'll send a new one: booking@theredwood.org.
